good run today, good gym yesterday

everything is going prettyw ell. the run today was a little rough, but i sucked it up. tuesday ran for 15 and rowed a 2500 (500 to warm up and then a 2k). that was really good. took yesterday off because my legs were sore and i had to go in to work early. tomorrow I'm going to do water aerobics w melissa...that will be fun and a good addition to the regimen. ballet is going well too:)
