New activity

Getting ready to head back to ballet on Monday nights. Can't wait to get back to a fun, relaxing group fitness activity.

Today I finally decided to get back on an Erg (rowing machine). After watching and stewing over the poor form of the fatties at the gym that try the rowing machine, I figured it was time to get back on that thing and show them how it's done. I did a 2K in 10:04...pretty good since I haven't actually been on one in over 7 yrs. Not only can I now focus on improving my running and getting back to ballet, I now have a new game to play at the gym--let's row faster than I could in high school....I just wish I could remember what I could pull when I did row. I think it was around 8:30 or 9:00 minutes, so I'm now going to work on shaving time off that 10:04 :)

At some point here, I will also try to get back into the pool, but between the gym, ballet, and running, I think I have enough things to do.

Back on running

Huzzah! Ran today. Just did the short run, and it was pretty sweet.
